I've been going to Kandi for over a year now. I love her office and her staff. They're always so friendly and welcoming. She's very supportive to the LGBTQ community and I feel welcomed and my identity is respected by her entire office. She's always very informative and thorough during my visits. She works with you and wants to give the best care she can give. I always leave her office feeling good, like she worked through all my questions or things about my health care. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor who cares about their entire well being when you're in their office.

So I went for a visit ( my only one visit) to FIT Health Care Clinic and on their website it says an office visit is 65 but I got charged 266 dollars in credit card and also they took money from my insurance 186. This charges are from “office visit” outrageous! I called yesterday to have explanation but the nice lady said I’ll get a call back from the person responsible of billing. As it today, no retuned call has been made so I called and Alexa or Alexis ( can’t remember) said that in fact that’s what I owed even though the website says 65 bucks! Then she said she can’t help until the insurance person gets in the office which she said tomorrow. People- I recommend you to go somewhere else with no hidden fees or charges, whatever they said they charge is completely fake. They NEVER said it was going to be a400 Office visit, it’s crazy!!! Please go somewhere else!

I've always been treated well by everyone at the clinic. Kandi is the best and Cameron was very helpful at a stressful time for me. I highly recommend Kandi. She cares, she calls, she follows up and she knows what she's doing. I left primary care at Mayo Clinic and feel way better here.

I went there a week ago from today 6/10/20. Kandi is absolutely phenomenal. Best healthcare professional I’ve ever met. She truly cares about everyone she encounters. Hands down the best place I’ve ever been I’ve been searching for years for a place that actually cares and is willing to help. FIT Health Care Clinic is definitely the place. The only thing I’d change is the guy at the front desk helping people. He’s loud and kinda yells out loud your reasoning of being there and it’s kinda embarrassing and unprofessional especially when it’s something I don’t walk around telling people... but other than that it’s awesome there. Thank you to Ryan and a few other friends of mine for showing me the way and helping me get in here!

My husband has been going here a few years, because he really has enjoyed working with Kandi; however, over the past couple of years, it’s been very hard to continue to use their services, as the man that answers the phone and works the front desk, Cameron, is awful to us. We have never had an experience that was seamless, due to his lack of empathy or kindness. Our most recent encounter with him, making an appointment this week, is what finally pushed us to make the decision to stop using this clinic; it truly feels like Cameron goes out of his way to make things more difficult than they need to be. I’ve gone to appointments with my husband and heard him joking about how he’s known as “the mean one” and when my husband mentioned to Kandi that he is uncomfortable coming there any longer, because of the way he gets treated by Cameron, she gave him her direct email, and stated that she has had a lot of complaints on how he treats her patients. If this is the case, I truly cannot understand why he is still there. To add to that, each time we have to call to make an appointment, he acts like we have severely inconvenienced him. They really are cost effective, especially if you’re paying out of pocket rather than using insurance, but it’s literally worth it to pay more elsewhere than having to deal with him any longer.
