I called about getting a COVID test. Your agent told me to go to the northwest clinic. I even verified. Drove 30 minutes there to be told I need to go downtown. Do y’all do this on purpose?

I am 100% disabled. I am also a gold star family member, which for me means that my brother was KIA. We both served during the height of both wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. I’ve applied twice for voc rehab here and been denied by Mirela Lomigora. Her advice was that I could go be a substitute teacher, or work at target, or any other number of low wage jobs, despite having medical conditions that make it difficult to work around loud and large groups of people. She was insulting and frankly unprofessional. Complete disservice to me, my family, and other veterans. I’m not sure who they are here to help if it’s not veterans like me.

Irene \the social worker\ should be fired. When a veteran checks in for voluntary mental health, why do you wait 5 days to call the spouse, Irene?? Then when you do call me, you don't even listen to what I am telling you, instead gave me attitude. She doesn't understand the values and morals in life. Dr. Catherine, please help reeducate or fire some of these incompetent workers, for the sake of other veterans and their families. Thank you.

They will lie and blow you off. they dont care about the veterans. this is the worst va regional office i have come across. maybe if they hired veterans to help they might seem to care a little.

We did our part, yet its so hard for the gov, to even get the slightest right. Not the workers, as it all is a reflection of the head. Fix it. And our pay, stop cutting out bennifits we earned them!
