All of the attendants at this place are polite except for this one rude fat lady, seems she is all done with earning money and doesn't need any more customers. Her majesty doesn't like simple people bothering her. No complaints regarding any of the other ppl or their services, or availability of book. God knows wat it takes to just talk politely!!
