This place is wonderful. I wish I had known it was here a long time ago. The staff is kind and friendly. My psychiatrist is wonderful and I'm excited to work on myself with their help. Parking can be a challenge but that's medical city plano for you. Not enough parking. Not green oaks fault, just be mindful and give yourself time before your appointment to find a spot to park. The office is easy to find and clean. Inviting and comfortable. I felt like I mattered and that's a good thing.

My son recently completed an 8 week outpatient program (3 nights a week for 3 hours) for alcohol and substance abuse. Although he still is struggling with sobriety, the program was a positive experience for him and he learned a lot about what it will take to lead a life without alcohol. Other people there had drug addiction issues but the program covers it all. The cost seemed reasonable especially compared to 30 day inpatient programs which can run over 30K. Barbara was the main evening counselor and my son seemed to like and respect her knowledge and professionalism.
