Was a little tough to get ahold of at the beginning but once we got in contact it was a great experience. Great timing, great service, and great machines!!
Overall exceptional experience. Some of the most kind and easy to work with people I’ve ever dealt with. Rented two jet skis for the weekend - from setting up the rental to the delivery, launch, and pickup it was an extremely easy process. Prices were very reasonable. Jet skis were top of the line and in great shape. I highly recommend and will absolutely be using their service again.
We managed a last minute pandemic escape to Lake Winnebago and were able to secure a boat with Bernie for a few days. He was super friendly and professional from start to finish. We had a minor hiccup with docking for the evening but Terry, Bernie and our rental home owner found a solution quickly so we could enjoy the days on the lake without worry. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and ease of using the boat. We skied and tubed and enjoyed the trip immensely. I highly recommend using Power Sports for your next Covid Escape
Extremely disappointed! We live in Florida and had to cancel our trip to Wisconsin due to the Covid situation in our state . We are been conscientious to not make this trip considering the risk that it could bring for people in Wisconsin . We were surprised that, although we called more than three weeks in advance, this store refused to refund the 600 deposit that we made, not even partially. We thought that we were dealing with a nice and decent business from Wisconsin but unfortunately we found they are using the pandemic to take advantage of people .
