Good experiance with the all team and surprisingly if you are not an native check speeker you can discuss about your car issues in English.

Absolutely the most horrible service department. Have had my Audi brought there multiple times and each time they took over a month for simple repairs. Completely uncoordinated and unreliable. They also give you one price point and then hit you with a higher one at the end (three times for me). Avoid this place for service like the plague. If you speak English they wont understand. Just try calling them and you’ll see :)

Went for diagnostics because if a broken oil sensor. They identified and fixed the issue on the same day. The problem is that I was forced to pay (2000CZK) for a noncritical repair that I didn't ask for. I'm sure that me not being able to speak much Czech contributed to the confusion but I would have appreciated to be called before performing a costly repair.

A most dreadful experience, rude arrogant Service Person whom knows nothing of Customer Service skills. Disputed if my Golf would have DSG. No SMS or call to tell me my car was finished ready, had to chase them. Forced to click on one Star as would not even award one. Would not recommend.

Catastrophic service : - One week to give you a delivery for a normal repair. And delivery one week after : 2 weeks.... - Needed to fight to get a courtesy car because of this delay. Finaly got it after one week - Needed to fight to get it free for an estimated overall repair invoice of 170.000 CZK - Fight about this courtesy car due to one small mark on the lower plastic bumper - And cherry on the cake : when my car finaly came , all the staff that was on the trunk was ..... on the back seat... Catastrophic ..... And of course, impossible to talk to a manager despite numerous requests.
