Nothing but praise for Simon and the team. In spite of the pandemic, appointments were made efficiently and courteously. Covid precautions were in place and Simon himself was friendly, expert and took the trouble to explain carefully every stage of my check-up, testing and fitting over the course of three consultations. I was also given full details of any follow-up provision necessary. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone. Excellent!

Simon and his Team at Preston Hearing Care Centre are just outstanding. From the moment I walked in through the door, I knew that I was in the right place. Everyone was very courteous and attentive. My mother was in complete denial that she needed hearing aids; she did not recognise all that she was missing by not hearing well. She also did not want new hearing aids as she believed she didn't need them or they wouldn't help. Simon tested her and from the test results he could visually see how profound her loss was. His patience with my mother was a heartwarming thing to see. Simon took all the necessary time to interact with her in a very respectful way. From the financial aspect, his money back guarantee convinced her to give the new aids a test trial. Now that she has had her aids for nearly a month and wears them all the time and she absolutely does not want to give them back. Her social interactions have greatly increased too and she's more fun to be with because she can take part in conversations again. I would highly recommend Simon for his professionalism and warm manner.

My wife has hearing issues and Simon always goes the extra mile to sorting out any issues. And will arrange for an appointment very quickly. Staff are very friendly and always offer you refreshments. First class service that's why we make the 36 mile round trip.
