Very unreliable company with poor communication. Practically a scam. They asked for a deposit and never even started the project. Four weeks later after the scheduled date and after numerous calls we are in a stand still trying to figure out how to get our money back. Do not give them deposit upfront! They will run away with it, will not do the work at all and will cut communications with you! We made numerous calls on the published phone. Multiple times they promised somebody will call back to resolve the issue. Nobody ever returned a single call. This scenario repeated over and over multiple times, so we had to explicitly ask about the name of the person that answers the phone. We have the impression it is the same person, but she presents herself with several different names. They also never provided a manager or a supervisor on the phone, getting stuck on the same sentence “Somebody will call you back” then they cut the call. I am glad we did not go further with this company on our roof repair. If the initial experience is such imagine the quality of the work that they will provide! Stay away from this company if you do not want to get scammed! Hope this review will help somebody else to do not make the same mistake we did.

I reached out to them in August and asked to get on the schedule. I never received a call. I received a call from them in mid-September saying they had a cancellation and could clean my gutters and roof that day. I told them I was out of town but could pay by credit card if they wanted to go. They never contacted me and never sent me a form. I reached out to them again at the end of September and never heard back. Horrible customer service and not reliable at all.
EXCELLENT work. Our cedar shake roof actually looks cedar now! Thanks VERY much Vic for sticking it out - I know the job took a bit longer than expected but you logged the hours and our house looks magnificent. Thanks again!
I own a large rental property in Seattle and hired PWNG to lightly wash the siding and clean the roof. They did a great job for us. The buildings look new.
I emailed them, no response. Sounds like they are a little unsavory, will not use. I'll find someone that responds.
