I had the pleasure of working with Tony. He was straight to the point, no BS and didn't waste any of our time. I took my RX in for maintenance and three recalls I had on my car. As promised I received a phone call when the car was complete along with a few recommendations he stated the tech had. I never felt pressured to purchase any additional services since he mentioned I could always do them next time. I was surprised there was no car wash so I was given a coupon to wash it near me. Had a good experience, I will return in the future of any servicing needs.
