I had a bad experience even getting in contact with them. When I tried to explain that I wanted some advice about an orchid a friend had purchased for me from Raleigh Orchids, the woman answering the phone snapped, \I will have to call you back\ and hung up. Of course, she didn't call back. I just got a greenhouse and the second part of my request was going to be that I wanted to come look at their orchids to buy another one, but I didn't get that far.
