Its a shoppers paradise. Wonderful collection of clothes, leather goods, inner wear, stationary and souvenirs. Its a wonderful place to spend an evening in Bangkok with beautiful city view. Well connected with walk way. Fully air conditioned. It has great discounts on bulk purchase.

Good place to spend your night - walking and shopping. You'll get many food stalls with proper Thai local cuisine and some kebab sea food options. In terms of street shopping I wouldn't say that things are ultra cheap but you'll find some unique items to buy. You can try bargaining too if you have that skills ;-)
