Very friendly practice - always welcoming and treat you as a person. Two visits now during the covid pandemic and everything and more is in place to make the client feel comfortable and safe. I'm a nervous patient and have used this practice now for very many years and never had any cause to regret this decision. They are all very understanding and happy to talk through anything.

Great dentists (especially Dr Saif Nasser) who I've been seeing for over five years now. Fillings, Cerec crowns, X-ray service, pain managment and hygienist have all been fabulous. Highly recommended.

I'm pleased with the teeth but I've been left with broken areas on and below my lip. Hopefully they'll heal quickly. At least with lockdown not many people are seeing me like this

The protocols do not accept people with exemptions at all. Had to request the practice manager as I am medically unable to wear a mask due to serve asthma and aniexty. I was shaken By the time I was seen which they even noticed themselves. Was almost willing to refuse my appointment and made me feel the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt in a professional place. Had three receptionist come and say the same things to me. The head , even asked for medical proof even know I was wearing a exempt wrist band. I felt so discriminated as I’m young and alternative. Was even already in the practice while this was being done. Seeing multiple people walk in without one before me too. The dentist himself was so sweet and lovely. But did ask me about my daily life as if he was checking if I was lying. They did eventually bring me a face shield in which they took back at the reception after my appointment. I even was spending over 200 for a 2 minute scan. I was even referred here from my normal dentist practice who are completely fine with my medical exemptions. They wanted to use the field was medical so I have too wear one. Will not be returning.
