The women are great, the appointment can take a good bit of time so be prepared. They have a parking garage across the street but if you get street parking the meters take nickels, dimes and quarters. Prepare for a long appointment. I just came for birth control, going on 2 hours and I'm still not done. IT IS WORTH IT LADIES!

You might as well not even make an appointment. First visit, I waited over an hour after my appointment time. Second visit, waited about 2.5 hours after my appointment time. They also wouldn't even let my husband come back with me to the exam, that blew my mind. The one good thing I have to say though is the doctors and nurses are incredibly sweet and make you feel comfortable.

They need to have a sign that says SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS ONLY. I wasted my damn morning and waited over an hour only to be told I have to schedule an appointment. Next time I need help, I'm going to Philly or to Patient First since they also do the same things Planned Parenthood does. Don't waste your time coming here, the other reviews are 100% correct.

I had called the day before to check to see if I needed an appointment just to pick up my birth control (I already have a prescription) and was told that I did not need one for that. I went in and was asked if I had an appointment, then I was basically shooed out the door because they did not have the staff member on that could filled my prescription. I have been going there for over a year, very disappointed. I take birth control to help combat my migraines and now I’m in for a world of pain because I can not come in tomorrow because I am a full time student and work a full time job. If someone asks a question and gets one answer then goes in and is rejected it is very unprofessional. My well being is now in jeopardy because of the lack of organization in this establishment.

If you like waiting to be seen for a couple hours after your appointment and being forced to listen to so many peoples ridiculousness then this is the place for you! It's been 3 hours.. I don't feel obligated to write reviews often but I'm so infuriated and bored at the moment. This is the second time it's been like this now, and apparently everyone else here had to wait this long too. If you have options, go somewhere else!
