I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs to remove junks. The office staffs were very friendly and professional. The field workers (Young and Charlie) were exactly on time and gave us text messages before they arrive, extremely hard working, super efficient, amazingly thorough and very very friendly. I've worked with many contractors/vendors for my home and real estates, and this company was by far the BEST. For my all junk removal and demolition projects moving forward, I will certainly work with this company. From a super satisfied customer from Newcastle.

Junk Pros have provided top notch customer service to me as I started demo on my house remodel! I thought I'd need 1 dumpster on a Friday, which I scheduled a week in advance, but we filled it. I called up Junk Pros and they accommodated me by picking #1 up and dropping off #2 that same day! Well, we filled up #2. So I called back, and they scheduled me for early Saturday morning pickup of #2 and drop off of #3. Then by the end of Saturday we'd filled #3! I got in touch with Junk Pros AGAIN and they scheduled early Sunday pickup of #3 and drop off of #4! Customer service was responsive and the drivers were super skilled/efficient. They didn't even make fun of my poor planning and helped me get all my waste taken care of. 10/10 would use again.

Delivered and picked up the dumpster when they said they would. Sent me a text saying they were on the way to drop off and pickup and pricing was great. Was able to do everything online without talking with anyone on the phone. Not that I mind talking to people but it was quick and efficient.

My fella and I are pretty handy, and we've demo'd 1,000sqft of our home over the last 3 months. With our garage finally full to the brim, we needed to rent a dumpster. First, we got quotes from our own garbage/recycling provider (Waste Management). They wanted TRIPLE what these folks charge. We loved that our dumpster was delivered on time, that the office folks are very responsive and polite, and that our dumpster delivery dude followed COVID protocols. He also, without us asking, dropped the dumpster in such a way that we can still use our driveway. He gave a courteous \beep beep\ from the cab of the truck, and was on his way. I LOVE that he was able to be so polite without having to disobey social distance guidelines. Now, we'll fill the dumpster and have them remove it in a week. We are SO pleased and can't recommend these folks enough for dumpster rental!!
