The best sonographer hands down in Western Washington is Phil!! He actually cares about you, and it shows from 1st visit beyond into post delivery: taking his time to educate very individualized to you & your situation. He clearly cares deeply for ALL babies, no matter the health concerns that may exist or nontraditional backgrounds as well as show you much about your insides you could not have known. :) PHIL IS AN EXCEPTIONAL SONOGRAPHER & HUMAN BEING!!! Even after I moved I travelled back to get my ultrasounds because of Phil! The front office ladies have always been accommodating, & remember you which is so sweet! The genetic counselor was super thorough & kind, as well. Dr Huang is wise, allowing staff to excel at what they're good while he oversees of course, but definitely gives space for staff to not be micromanaged & really get to enjoy patients. :)

I had two first trimester screens here and both times they were awesome. This most recent screen, the ultrasound tech was the best tech I've ever had - not that I've really had any bad ones in the past. He was just that good! He took the time to explain everything to me in terms I would understand (not medical terminology) and left at one point to start processing the report so my bladder could fill a little more and he could come back and take some better pictures for me. It was the best ultrasound experience ever. The ladies at the counter, and nurses who did my blood draws were also awesome. Highly recommend this clinic.

So friendly! Odd note: The whole building (Medical Arts Building) smells like a Vegas casino (the nice ones) :D

I love two of the techs here. i Its my first pregnancy. 1st time i saw...Paul? The male tech that is usually there. That was routine and he took a ton of 3d pics of baby at like 14 weeks and even asked if I wanted to know the gender! He knew his stuff. Very informative and friendly he made me feel comfortable and left so happy. 2nd time came because of an abnormal head size on our 20 week scan at my dr. I cant remember the techs name, although she was nice and did her job fine it was not a good experience all in all. I thought it was just a mistake so I went in happy & left upset after the scan showed her head was measuring abnormally small. I did have a really nice nurse who gave me a hug! 3rd time my tech was Vida, and she was great! Talked to me the whole time and made me feel completely comfortable and eased my nerves. I had waited over a month to see if babys head grew. She got right to it and was able to see it was completely normal now! She took a 3d and printed a bunch of pics off for me. She was super nice and answered all my questions. We got to see babys face and she said she looked beautiful No more appointments there hopefully for good!
