Doing business with Lease Zone in Richmond, KY has been an easy, 100% customer friendly, & great experience. I am a health care provider, work nights, & it's normal for me to work over 70 hours a week. My schedule is not a traditional schedule...i rely on emails, texts, & voicemail to conduct business. Josh @ Richmond received my email and the very next day he had responded and we had a delivery date. Items were delivered & set up with no problems. Very professional and beautiful showroom.
Dealt with Stephen & he was a solid worker. Very professional. Created a foundation on the sale and then helped me with what I needed. Highly recommend this location and will choose them 100 times over! The whole process was perfect. I’d give it a 10/10 10 stars if I could.
Amazing staff. Very eager to keep my money, I mean ...my business ( that was a joke!). These guys have been so kind and sweet. They have helped me maintain payments even when times got a little rough. Todd and Jeff were the main two that I worked with and I always seen smiles and laughs when I walked in. Great environment and great guys!
