Midtown is clean. Especially given our pandemic. But if you have an issue and need to talk to management, it's nearly impossible to get anything resolved. Also staff is great at placating you / your issue but not resolving it.

The facility is super clean and the renovation is beautiful. But Midtown reminds me of the Stepford Wives. Perfect on the outside, dead on the inside.

I love the facilities at Midtown overall. Very clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Nice variety of classes. One of my favorites is yoga and mindfulness. I'm loving the new heavy bag area and have always enjoyed laps in the outdoor heated pool. Looking forward to the new indoor pool when renovations are complete.

Just joined yesterday, so glad I did. So many great changes they have made! The facility is absolutely awesome! Ben has been great! Would highly recommend joining!

Midtown has new locker rooms and equipment. Cleaning is continuous throughout the day by both staff and members after using the equipment. And the staff is friendly, helpful and knows the names of members!
