We have worked with Michelle for the past few years for all of our jewelry needs from an engagement ring to simply replacing a battery in a watch. What I love about her and working with The Source is how easy they make it. My fiance designed my engagement ring and she worked closely with him to make sure every detail was PERFECT. We both worked with Michelle to customized our wedding bands. During the process Michelle was professional, friendly, warm, and enthusiastic. She made recommendations without being suggestive (does that make sense?) you know what I mean. She worked within our budget, provided multiple options for metals, widths, designs, etc. and applied sales promotions and discounts on the final price tag.

My (now) fiancé and I had a fantastic experience with Vanessa while looking at engagement rings. She was so easy to get along with, an amazing listener, and did not try to push us into anything. She taught us about everything that goes into picking the perfect carat, color, and clarity as it pertained to my preferred cut of diamond. Overall, the memory of that experience remains a part of our engagement story when we share it. A few months later we went back to see her to look at wedding bands! The experience was the same as before, if not better. It was great to see her again and I can’t wait to go back to finalize our band selection with her!
