So much better than the last time I went. The optometrist this time spent a lot longer checking my eyes out before testing my vision. The last time I used this branch I was in and out inside 5 minutes, this time over half an hour. I felt like I got a much more caring and professional appointment.

Amazing Service. PPE, sanitiser & 2mtr distancing in place. During both the eye test and fitting I felt safe and protected. The frames I chose online were ready and waiting & the only things i touched throughout, were my own frames, they even opened the door for me when I entered and left. Staff were helpful, kind and courteous. I have been going to Specsavers for many years and cannot fault them. Well Done Lorraine Baker

Both my wife and I had eye tests, which were carried out very smoothly and efficiently. The optician was excellent, and explained everything clearly and without pressure to buy unnecessary glasses. We returned a few days later to choose new glasses: Amy was most helpful and made the visit a pleasure! I opted for the very cheapest!
