Jamie and the other technicians were super professional. Great experience. They arrived on time & explained the job clearly. The outlets they installed look seamless. You can’t even tell that it was newly added. They were kind and patient to hear our ideas. Also, they wore masks, covered their shoes, and protected our floors while working in the house and outside.

Kyle Boss was absolutely amazing in the quote process ... and in the installation of an electrical outlet and mounting of a TV above a stacked stone fireplace. I have hired TE Certified many times now for mostly electrical work but also for plumbing too. I have not had an issue with any of their work. They make sure to call before they are coming and have been professional to work with. Recently I had to have a microwave removed from above the stove because there was not enough clearance causing a code violation so it was replaced with a range hood. Also I had to replace the kitchen faucet. I am happy with both, no issues.

We had Omar and his team replace our water main. We were incredibly impressed by the quality of work, professionalism, and dedication (his crew troubleshot multiple issues of our house that weren't directly under the scope of the project and stayed late to do so). We are so happy that we used Omar and TE for the job. As a side note, we've also used Jamie from TE for electrical work for our house and have been very impressed by that as well - TE has been an invaluable asset for us and our older house!

Follow-up....This is my 2nd time using TE Certified. Jorge and colleague arrived early and within 2 hours, replaced (3) ceiling fans and repaired (3) electric outlets. Note, Jorge fixed a 3rd electric outlet that was not included in the original quote but my total bill was exactly what was quoted. I have chosen to use TE Certified for plumbing and electrical services, and glad to have done so. JR Dean installed new a Shower Valve with Shower head in addition to a new Waterhose Bibb. JR & TE Certified provided fast, prompt, professional, PPE proctected, knowledegeable, clean, affordable service. Highly recommended! Follow-up....\JR\ came back to my residence a week later to replace waterhose bibb in the back of my yard. Turns out, no replacement was needed! My waterhose was defected and the faucet needed minor repair in which \JR\ performed as a \Coutesy\ and told me Happy Holidays! Is that not top \A\ service. I am so glad I decided to do business with TE Certified. I only wish I had contacted them years ago!
