I paid 100 for a 1.1ml lip filler (model price). On the day Zoe suggested me to go with 0.5 first ( just in case if I was happy with that amount) and after few weeks when its healed come back and do the other 0.5. So I booked an app straight after my first visit for another one. After few days UK went in to lockdown. Which means my app was automatically cancelled. I texted Zoe saying i am happy with 0.5 and ASKING her if she could keep the other half for later on. SHE IGNORED MY MESSAGE AND DIDNT RESPOND. If she would have replied saying no you cannot save it for later because of this and that I would have had a second think. Anyways she decided to ignore me. After few days I texted her again saying i want an app for my other half. She THEN replied saying she is not gonna do it even though I PAID FULL PRICE FOR FULL PROCEDURE. bearing in mind you can keep fillers for 4 weeks when opened it wasnt 4 weeks gone yet when I texted and she had no right to through anything away which was mine! Anyways it was also a lockdown so as a professional business she should have given me a second app even after a month after a lockdown even if she had to take another syringe. AS I HAVE PAID FULL MONEY. So she refused to do anything. And she lied saying I could have another half after few weeks and also lying I texted her after 6 weeks . It wasn't even a month gone! I have all messages as a proof. Ive been charged full price and given just half the procedure by this woman. I dont recommend her to anyone. Liar liar liar

Zoe has done my lashes for years- I would never ever go anywhere else. She is an absolute expert and perfectionist creating perfect eyes! I have also had micro blading by Zoe- again a true perfectionist with faultless results. Her love and passion for her work reflects in every way, and her knowledge and skills are second to non. Fabulous all round
