Took a suit in to be dry cleaned. A week later they could not find it! Seems to be no link between your ticket and your item. On the third attempt after having to come back I had to pick my suit out of a choice. When I got it home and inspected it, the suit had clearly only been pressed and not cleaned as dirty marks that could be rubbed off were still there. Poor service in every respect. Avoid!!
Absolutely disgusting. Phoned to ask for a price - was answered by a man with broken English (which isn't a problem) when I asked him to politely repeat he shouted \do you actually speak English\ at me.... disgusting
