Rose is amazing! Her energy and humor was fantastic and I don’t know how she managed to keep the food coming to feed 45 of us! Wear your stretchy pants ... your brain and belly will both be filled!

Amazing atmosphere. We felt like part of the culture and though we didn't speak French it didn't matter because we connected with the energy of the people there. The food was outstanding. Split pea soup with bread, potatoes and gravy, ham slices, cole slaw, pork rinds, egg souffle and dessert of pancakes with maple syrup! Then you got to go pull taffy on ice outside! It was so fresh and clean tasting! We played in the snow and goofed off with the sled and tubing. I highly recommend this experience!

Very Good Experience We have been here 2X with bus groups and they do a fantastic job of hosting our group, explaining maple sugar, serving a delicious meal, fun entertainment of song & dance. We will return.

This was a fantastic inclusion in our trip. From the minute we arrived we were entertained with great local hospitality. The evening started with an overview of how maple syrup is collected and processed. We then had a warm hearty cooked meal with many different textures and options, commencing with an entree of pea and ham soup then main meal with too many dishes to mention and finally desert pancakes and maple syrup. Throughout the meal we also had to try maple syrup on certain items. Entertained throughout the meal by singing and dancing led by the entertainers for the evening. We could then purchase items from the store to take home. The final piece was having a maple syrup taffy with maple syrup poured into the snow and rolled on a stick. It took me an hour to eat this but others managed 5 sticks to my one. A great night out for all ages. Well done.
