The lady doesnt speak English at all, keep saying no no hoping to turn me a way. I have to literally explained to her many times that I needed help until a customer came to pressure her to help. If there is a zero star , I would give a negative star for review. How can a bank officer dont speak english, St Germain is an expats town? Even my gardener and butcher speaks english. Shame on you!

Three years of consistently poor service. I have had the displeasure of having a student loan from this branch (due to low interest rates), for which the bank card arrived months after my start date at university because my adviser forgot to have it sent to me. I have had monthly loan insurance payments added to my account without my consent and an adviser who took months to respond to get these cancelled. My adviser, who has changed about 3 times without my knowledge, also removed the student status from my account for two consecutive years without my knowledge or input, despite me opening an account for a 3-year student loan. Both times I returned from university and made an appointment at this branch, I was met with unprofessionalism and excuses as to why my appointment was cancelled or mixed up with someone else's - neither of these were able to be rearranged in person by this branch in a reasonable amount of time. Most recently in July 2020 marks 6 months that I have been trying to get through to my adviser to extend my loan period into my Master's degree. In her absence, she has automatically forwarded my query to a BNP Paribas real estate adviser, who has apologised for not being able to help and does not know why he was involved. I have since tried to contact the directors of this branch with no success. As a current client accustomed to extreme disappointment from this branch, I hope you never have the misfortune of having to do business with them.

Des problèmes à répétition, des frais inexpliqués que l'on met beaucoup de temps et d'efforts à se faire rembourser, ... et je vois que nous ne sommes pas seuls. J'imagine que les personnes satisfaites sont celles qui n'ont jamais eu besoin de demander quelque chose à leur conseiller. J'ai signalé les problèmes à l'agence, mais je vous recommande d'aller voir ailleurs en attendant qu'ils règlent leur problèmes de service aux clients.

Il n'y a personne au guichet d'accueil et la personne qui vous renseigne est bien gentiment assis à son bureau . Je trouve pas très poli la BNP a bien changé depuis 40 ans
Effectivement cela fait 2 ans que je vais de recommandés en recommandés sans que cela bouge. Du coup je change de banque mais à priori et même avec un peu d'argent cela ne les émeut pas beaucoup
Dans le genre, c'est la pire des banques ! Fuyez !
