Saligao Stories is a fine restaurant tucked in a narrow alley of Saligao. Food is simply delicious. Their 'Hyderabad Story' is a must try. Full points for ambience and staff.

Quint little place that doesn't look much from the outside. Hides in its belly an experience as serene and as delicious as the cute porcelain dish decorations on one of its walls... Fantastic food, amazing ambience and great hospitality... No wonder they've been winning Times food award for 3 years consequently...

This place is a Portuguese house converted to a restaurant with a classic look. A lot of hardwork is gone in creating a perfect ambience to enjoy a good getogether with your family and friends. The backyard of this place is the perfact place to relax and enjoy the night under the moon. Follow the gmaps for this one as you will have to take a narrow road in Saligao (Don't worry there is ample of parking space). This restaurant is known for its hydrabadi cuisine (has also won an award for the best hydrabadi restaurant in Goa). Must try : 1)Cranberry mint cooler is very refreshing and will surely quench your thirst during the summers. It is a perfect blend of cranberries and mint. Price : 200 2) I have had one of the best Shahi raan here. Its worth every penny. As you can see on the plate they serve you with Paratha, eggs, leg of lamp cut into portions and salad. Potatoes on top of the lamb portion are also crispy and soft. Each bite of this dish is orgasmic. Price : 650 3) Kache ghosht ki biryani is a hydrabadi special. Price : 450 4)Also "The Hydrabadi Story" is recommended which is a platter filled with kache ghosht ki biryani, dahi ki kadi, mirchi ka Salam, hydrabadi papad, dahi ki mirchi, mutton chutney and raita. It is only after you taste the food you come to know why the prices are high.

Beautifully done space and superb dahi ke kebabs, the best I've ever had. The haleem wasn't too good, maybe I dont have a taste for it. But the rest of it was superb. The person managing the space was also very friendly.

I was the only customer in the restaurant and the biriyani which I ordered was not hot and had no salt at all. The place is amazing, great decor, the service team is great! Food was the only thing that disappointed me.

Really quaint old home renovated into a restaurant and now serving Hyderabadi cuisine. Price is on the higher side by Goan standards, metro folks shouldn't be surprised.
