I am extremely irritated with this office. School forms needed to be filled out and they charge 15 per form. After paying and requesting a rush on it (Thursday) they did not have it ready until early Monday afternoon. When I picked up the forms I inquired about the prescriptions so that I could pick it up to give to the school nurse. A lady quickly sent the electronic prescription request and said the pharmacy should receive it soon. I went to pick up my son from school and an hour later I head to my neighborhood pharmacy. After waiting in line and wasting my time THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT. I call the office back and keep on getting transferred to the nurse line who never answers the phone. I call them back and ask to speak to someone because I need to take care of this asap. They transfer me to a nurse this time only for her to say that all electronic prescriptions must be approved by the physician before it actually gets sent to the pharmacy. LIKE SERIOUSLY?! She could not guarantee if it would be approved by the end of the day and expects for it to clear tomorrow. I am absolutely annoyed that they had no regard for my time and ultimately wasted all my time and energy. Extremely poor service from this office.

I just want to thank Dilley Allergy, the staff and a HUGE thank you to Mcallister for the progress that has been made with my asthma, the plan you have put in place for me has been amazing for my severe asthma. The office staff is amazing. Best asthma specialists in San Antonio!!!!!

I visited 3 doctors and 5 1/2 months later I finally received a correct diagnosis from Dr. Dilley. I was so elated as to get an answer to what I had, I started to cry. Not because of the pain but just to finally get the proper care. His bed side manner and hospitality was incredible. If you were to ask any information about this doctor, don’t hesitate to go to this man. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Loved my experience even though I had to got poked and prodded. After I told many friends I was going to see him, they told me I would love him. They were right!!! He has my vote!!!

Overpriced crooks. None of the price of the fees were discussed before doing anything. 99 for office visit, which was with a PA, not even dr dilley. Then 394 for simple skin test for food allergies. And the result all came out weird too. High allergic response to things that eat all the time at home. Will Never return. Be careful every one
