They will tell you about great features, but they won't tell you the catch. When you try to use their great features they are virtually unusable unless you can travel anytime. If you have kids in school or you work in education, forget it! If you ask a very direct question, they will leave out the information you actually needed to know. This company is very dishonest! We are owners and have been screwed over for the last time. If you are looking for an excellent vacation club, check out Disney. We LOVE their vacation club. No hidden catches, honest sales people, no high pressure sales. They are a classy operation!
