We agreed on setting the Navigator and any difference above, I will pay. after several months, it turned out that it was not possible and I got a set of plastic cheap mats for the front seats instead. As a woman, I will not recommend purchasing anything there. You will get used and given you way around in talks.
I have to write and say what amazing service we received at this garage. We purchased a 2017 VW Touran at a very good price and the service was the best ever. Alberto, the salesman who looked after us was just fantastic. He made us feel really cared for and every detail on our vehicle was sorted with ease. THANK YOU, YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
After buying a new car from this deanship 3 years ago, which I would like to say was very good. Unfortunately, the after service has been terrible, to say the least. Last year, when we had a service done, we were overcharged by a lot of money, so this year, I went into the dealership to ask for a price for a standard 80,000km service. They said they could not tell me, which I found surprising, but they told me they would email me. After a week nothing, so I wrote to VW customer care to tell them of my experience. They told me I will have the quote in the next 24 hours, that was 4 days ago. Im self-employed and if I treated my clients this way, i would be out of business. Im not one to complain, but the main VW dealership to treat an existing customer this way is shocking. I will not recommend this company to service your car.
Thanks a lot to mecanics and ladies in the reception for treating me and my Audi Q5 very well when it needed a new Lambda sonde. And thank you to Alberto who quickly fixed me an appointment. You were all very professional and friendly. I now hopefully can drive safely back home to Norway, about 3000 km.
