Dave was a great instructor. I loved the hands on experience and we worked with actual alcohol making real drinks. I highly recommend the class.
The instructor will not only cover all around bartending, but he will also take the time to see where your interest is strongest. Be it cocktails, wines or beers he has strong understanding of it all. He also provides you with behind the scenes intel that you would probably figure out after a year or three into your bartending career; that is a nice boost for first timers.
I attended the school for 3 lesson . And David my instructor was very helpful . All my question was answered and he really knowledgeable and compassionate to his teaching. I give him 5 stars
