Paid for 30 min, got 17 minutes...even though I kept my actual time. The group before us, the machine ran out of balls so they were given extra time.

First time experience - Called ahead of driving to check if open ( odd they open at 12pm) well it’s true opened at noon person over the phone was nice told me they were open, yay me and my daughters. We drive 30 mins get there , nice and empty how we like it, window sign says return in 10 mins, 15 mins later still no one. I talk to someone working inside the cages and they tell me “the cages are down “ I ask for a time frame I get “ in a couple of hours “ as a reply. So all said and done , a waste of time Lost training time. Park next door is nice

I used come to this place as a kid.. I loved it.. Recently I showed up at 730 pm online it says they close at 9 and the gate is closed.. I see people hitting so I open the gate and walk in.. The lady working there says we’re closing soon.. I say “don’t you close at 9?” She says “yea but I have to clean up before.” So that was annoying. The entire time she looked annoyed and was very rude. Then she made me fill out my address and phone number. Never been to batting cages that did that. I’m assuming people steal bats. She was also sick and was sneezing and wiping her nose on the sleeve of her sweatshirt. Aside from the ordeal with her and the fact that they didn’t have baseball cages available. It was fine.. we just brought out our old softball bats and hit slow pitch for half hour.. the prices were standard.. just had a weird vibe.. felt very rushed.. to be fair she was probably just having a bad day.. I’ll go again and if it’s a good experience I’ll repeal this review..
