Great staff and shooters. In my experience, this is a competent crowd that's aware of gun safety. I haven't experienced unsafe practice there once. Laid back. Free spotting scopes. Recommend.

1. Slow Down; Get prepared: * Bring Ear Protection. Eye's, too. * Wear Solid Footwear. * Bring a jacket for windy area. * Drive the dusty old vehicle. Why? Metal roof coverage boosts Noise volume; and empty shell casings rickashay. ? Low-seating latreins, uneven steps, and box seats with no leg openings--all celebrated if out tromping in sloshy woods! Yet, an establishment's walking safety is important. (Reasons for 4 Stars.) ? Use GPS to find nearest Rough, and Dusty roads. 2. Slow Down; Take Time, & Enjoy! Many more positives, than negatives! The scenery, friendly staff, at 10 per day per shooter, including a target. 50 for extra's. Military, or Age 62 Discounts.. Gun Safety is intentional. Regulated stand down intercom announcement's for setup and target checks. Easily separated from other shooter's, on an early weekday afternoon. Sun-glare, wind, and weather, as well as heat or cold, all eased by covered, cemented walkway. We checked in, then went back to vehicle for guns, etc.. Will Return!

I really like it here. It's in a natural setting, with pistol and rifle targets at 25, 50, 100 & 200 yds. The owners are friendly, as are the regular shooters. Firing rounds are 15 min segments; use their targets or tape over your own. V blocks, sandbags, wood blocks, and spotting scopes are available for use also.

This is a fantastic outdoor range facility with very friendly and helpful staff onsite. I've been a customer for several years and this is my favorite place to shoot. Range fees are low (10 I think) and they honor military veterans with a significant discount.
