For the price being paid I’ve grown more and more unhappy with the complex each month. They’re “pet friendly” yet have nowhere for pets to play or relieve themselves, there are countless safety concerns, 6 cars that I know of have been broken into since I’ve moved in. They’re currently renovating through out the complex that is barely two years old. EDIT The view from my apartment is completely disgusting and my neighbors do not even both to take their dog out of the apartment their entire patio is filled with dog poop and pee and make my apartment stink. I cannot imagine how theirs smells.

I have been at The District since December of 2018 and I have loved it so far. Location is obviously great. Amenities are almost unmatched, especially regarding the gym- It is far and above any other apartment gym you will find. There is also a very curtious and hard working staff working up front to improve everyone's experience despite the nearby construction.

Pros: Luxury apartment, great area (scottsdale quarter & Kierland commons restaurants all within walking distance) awesome lobby, amenities and the office staff has been great overall. Cons: car breakins in the garage from several tenants, trash pickups have very specific rules - basically look for reason to not empty your trash, common area rugs have a constant cleanliness problem. Overall - great location, pricey but overall recommended.

I will say that Ryan was really nice and helpful— but this place is over-priced, over-controlling, and takes from you as much money as possible. We lived there for a year. I agree with “Jack Something’s” review
