First time user. Outstanding experience. Everything went so well. Convenient, prompt, friendly, clean, speedy check-in and check-out. Short wait time for shuttle to and from airport. Price lower than some competitors. Charged exactly as original quoted. Short distance from airport. Very happy customer.

So I drop the truck off bound for Alaska and 7 days later come back to the airport call them and they show up and 7 minutes I would say that's pretty good In my truck was waiting for me when we got there

Super convenient and excellent service. Suttles come around every few minutes and the drivers are great. Helped with luggage and when we got back, it was just a few minutes to get picked up. Secure lot with 24/7 staff. Great place to park and not have to worry about your vehicle.

I've never parked here. Long story short, I didn't have my phone on me and I had to attend a conference in Seattle. I had to call my mom and I asked them if there was a payphone nearby. The man told me to use their phone and he said I can wait here until my mom comes. All I can say is, they made my messy morning better .....such genuine people. Not to mention, their parking is only 15 for the day.

We didn’t have a problem catching the shuttle to the airport, but it took a long time to catch one when we returned from our trip. My husband called the number to order the shuttle and no one picked up the phone. I then called ten minutes later and no answer. I tried again and after a lot of rings someone I could hardly understand answered the phone. We probably waited 30 minutes for a shuttle after seeing all the other companies shuttle vans pass us multiple times. If I were alone this would be inconvenient but fine. Since I had my two very young children with me waiting in 39 degree weather, I was a bit ticked.
