All of the signs of a very badly ran car / van dealership. Firstly car was advertised at 6995 and then I was told it was 7995, after agreeing a price I got the car for 7400 so 400 more than advertised. I asked a few questions about a vehicle I would have been paying 7400 for such as scratches, dents etc and kept getting a response the vehicle was in good condition after seeking further clarification I received a text message saying 'U bored yet what a twat' I then requested he called me when convenient as it was 9:40pm and figured he may have children who wouldn't appreciate a late call and he was very cagey and rude on the phone, I explained I am travelling nearly 4 hours to view the car so need to know the condition is immaculate as thats what I'm after he said yes it really is, excellent condition no damage what so ever no scratches dents etc. Well went there the following morning, Car was an absolute wreck every single panel had marks and scratches on somewhere. Rear bumper was scratched all over, doors all had chunks at the bottom of silver paint added to cover up a bad repair, rear seat was split inside, interior door panels also dented and so on. I told the dealer the vehicle had a obvious puncture who said no it's fine so after he jump started a few other cars to get them moved out of the way I proceeded to test drive the vehicle and of which discovered a warning light to say it's got a flat tyre. Absolute shambles of a garage, unsafe vehicle, the salesman also said to me, 'I'd go such and such way so you can really give it the beans, test the handling and really give it a pasting' Clear to me they don't have any respect for their cars or customers. I'd strongly avoid.
