My boyfriend and I went to get some food at a new spot last night (1/21) since we’re always trying something new. I’m directionally challenged, so i had to go to my bank statement to see what the food truck was called since my boyfriend didn’t want to tell me. (He knows I’ll go everyday!) We drove up to Flair tacos and I ordered a torta de lengua, and he some lengua tacos (and some other tacos I can’t remember). The torta was SO GOOD. As soon as i bit into it, i didn’t stop attacking the torta until it was gone. I may have forgotten to chew, but that’s ok, because the lengua (I think cow tongue in English) was SO tender and juicy and WOW. Finding a good Mexican spot in the u district is a challenge, so I’m SUPER EXCITED I won’t have to drive all the way south to Burien or all the way north for a decent torta/tacos (cause you know I tried those tacos too).
Absolutely OUTSTANDING tacos and even better service from these awesome guys! My new favorite Taco Truck BY FAR!!!
