Have been shopping with Homestead Seattle for the last 7 years, since they were running the business out of their home in the central district. Have learned so much from Ryan and Michele over the years about furniture and interior design, and am so fortunate to now have a home filled with their beautifully restored and special pieces. It’s amazing to have seen them grow over the years. Support local business - homestead is not to be missed.
Fantastic selection of various types of imported high quality wool rugs at affordable prices. Great selection of vintage home wares and furnishings. They post all their inventory online which is great to preview before going in. All furnishings are best quality and at very fair prices. Really, you are purchasing solid wood furniture made to last a lifetime at IKEA / Room & Board prices. The store owners and their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I've purchased many furniture, home goods, and rugs from their shop over the years. It's a go-to first stop for me when looking for something new at home.
Homestead is the only furniture shop in town I trust to have something I want to buy every time I go. They carry excellent pieces at not-as-high-as-you-would-expect prices. Their stock turnover is high so it's fun to check the shop week after week for new stuff, hand picked by the proprietors Michelle and Ryan. Their staff is helpful and lovely to talk with, and their taste impeccable. A true Seattle treasure!
Ryan and Michelle are THE BEST. They've furnished half of our house and added so much life and greenery to the space.
