I wanted to thank Josh, Stephanie for their outstanding service in getting my vehicle back on the road after I purchased my first Audi last month. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained what I need after they done a full inspection of my vehicle. I would recommend them than using any dealership. They are reasonable and only specialize in European vehicles. The bonus is if you need to leave your car at the shop you get a free loaner car just pay for the gas that you use. I give them 5-stars. Professional, Good Customer Service, On-time and friendly. You guys are the best.

I used this company as a second opinion for an issue with my car. I stated what the first place said and towed my car there. In 3 days they called me and said they did all this work replaced the starter only to remove it when ealizing\ that wasn't the issue. The conclusion they came too was the exact same as what I had stated to them from the gate and charged me 500 for it. As my mother had passed and my deep struggle right now I have limited cash. I bought the same car and needed parts from the one they are holding on too but couldn't come up with the cash and they pretty much told me I'm screwed and towed my car off to some unknown place I cannot find. Terrible company and terrible, manipulative service. I am deeply hurt and am screwed because of this place. They greatly affected a young man's life.

Great customer service! Contact less drop off... they really knowledgeable about BMW. Well trained ASE-certified technicians. Preventative maintenance, reprogramming, all major repairs...even do modifications . Highly recommended BMW shop come get your ride right!!
