By far my favorite Ethiopian in the Central District. They have a great system for COVID. I would highly recommend the meat combo. Easily enough quantity for 2-3meals (great for sharing)! I keep coming back for more.

Ras Dashen is a very pleasant Ethiopian restaurant. The food is delicious, the injera tender, the atmosphere homey but bright, and the staff is always nice. One of my favorites among the Ethiopian restaurants arrayed along Cherry street.

Yum!!!! This place is so good. They packaged our food so nicely for takeout and it was still warm after our 30 minute drive home. Two of us shared the Dashen Combo and we have a lot of leftovers....we also ate a lot! So much good food!

This is one of our favorite go-tos for Ethiopian takeout ! Their vegetarian dishes are delicious and comforting. In particular we like the Misir Wot (red split lentils) and Alicha Kik (yellow lentil with turmeric). Kategna (spicy injera rolls) are also very tasty! I like that the injera comes separate from the containers of stew. It is easier to store and reheat that way.

Best Ethiopian restaurant in the city, each dish has distinct, well developed & rich flavors. I would highly recommend King Kitfo (have it raw as intended), and their Doro Wot is amazing as well, but everything I’ve had, including the veggie combo as well as the injera were all spectacular. The only downside - I always eat too much!
