The manager is very rude and will refuse service to you due to any criminal background you may have. My father suffered great discrimination at this pharmacy. Shame on this pharmacy for refusing to take care of a sick person when they dont even know the whole story of the background of the person. If you are latino, black, or have a criminal record. I will advise that you go to another pharmacy, because they will hold all those 3 things I just mentioned against you.

The person who filled my prescription failed to put the lancing device in for my diabetic testing supplies. So I had to come all the way back after going home and looking at the supplies and realizing it was not included in the boxes. The lady on the phone told me it would be one price and when I got there they tried to charge me a higher price. No apology, no remorse shown for either mistake.

Very poor service with an I don’t care attitude. I had them fit and order a sleeve for Lymphoedema and paid in full in advance. I waited for a call that it was in. Was supposed to be here in a day or two. Went in three days later and the order had not been even place. Then then the lady was snippy about it. I ask for a refund. Highlands County needs a better choice for medical supplies.
