One of the worst and pathetic electricity board services. People are lazy and you have to raise the complaint many times to attend the same. This people only work for free money. Everytime you have any issues they will ask money first to rectify the same. Chor Hain Saale Sab Ke Sab

Worst service, becuase they dont answer the landline call at all. Even if they answer by mistake they dont give complaint number. They never stick to the timings given. Top authorities cannot be reached neither they answer the calls. We have been having this problem for ages. I request the staff to do their job, customers dont call you for time pass. they call you when you dont give service & dont do your job. Here the CM & His staff are assuring continues power & you dont want to keep up his word neither address the complaint. Please wake up & owwn the responsibility.

When power goes u call customer care number they won't answer or it will tell you busy at the moment, kindly provide us the number where we can call.

Today night i had caled to oldbowenpally electricty office to tell ram reddy colony fuse gone when you will come to resolve they said on phone in some time i ask how much time again they saif some time i hv ask how much time again they said in some time,since 2hr i waiting for them i had called 3-4 time everytime they said 10-15 minute,still i waiting..................
