I’m very frustrated with this company. My wife and I own a small transport business in Johnson county and we were interested in expanding our company. My wife handles all the paperwork and numbers so she was shopping bus prices and came across Midwest bus sales. She reached out by phone due to the pandemic and was consulted by Mike Moore. Throughout the telephone conversation Mr. Moore was very disrespectful and condescending towards my wife. He even went as far as to call her a waste of his time. I’m very blown away by his actions because I don’t see how you expect to have business operating like this. I do not recommend doing any dealings with employee Mike Moore for his actions really showed he wasn’t customer focused.
