Great way to spend a few hours but be careful where you choose to park up if you're coming by car. Best if you can park farther away and have a more scenic, agricultural and wildlife enhanced hike as we did today seeing a couple of foxes hunting a wild rabbit and scores of birdlife. Once you're in Rother Valley Country Park the paths are fairly flat and the only dangers are cyclists. The park was very busy today. Lots of people exercising or just enjoying the lovely, dry and sunny day after Storm Christoph. When this wretched Covid thing has passed this park has loads of watersport activities, a miniature railway line and you can spend loads of time feeding the ducks and swans. Great fun day out whatever age you are.

Lovely place for a walk paths are hardcore so mud free if you (and the dog) stay on the paths. Lovely little cafe for a snack and a coffee.

Lovely place to get out and have a family stroll during these miserable covid times. 5 to park, done contactless so don't take cash. Cafe set up really well with track and trace and one way flow of traffic, with a separate window to collect food when your order is done.

It was a very muddy day today so lots of slipping about, definitely need the wellies for this one but its to be expected on a nature reserve. Wonderful day to get some nice shots, would highly recommend to any recreational photographers.

Went for a New Years Day walk. Lovely area, lovely lake, 2 or 3 mile walks. Beautiful scenery, wild ducks and swans and birds. A cafe available for take-aways. For a relaxing, refreshing couple of hours...a visit is a must.
