One of the main reasons to visit Fort Thompson is their knowledgeable and friendly employees. Braden, in particular, was an incredible help in my search for the perfect hiking boots. He knew all the ins-and-outs when it came to footwear. He could tell you all the varying details of how one brand of sole compared to another, how the width of different shoe types would affect the comfort of the fit for different people, and even which shoe models would fit similarly and which shoe models would likely diverge from your normal fit.

Its very interesting place in North Little Rock/Sherwood They had a huge variety of different products from deer stands ,clothing, knives, guns of all types pistols both revolvers and other .plenty of shot guns, rifles.big and small caliber. Plenty of shells

I have shopped at Ft. Thompson for over a decade and have spent many thousands on their products. Their prices were always on the slightly higher side, but I didn't mind it because they had a great selection and I was able to find everything I needed. Now, however, I will never spend another penny in this store. The normal price of a pound of reloading powder is 25-30. Two weeks ago, they marked all of their powder up to 45/lb. A full 50% increase. Today when I stopped it, they had upped the price to 60/lb!!!!!!! a full 100% price increase!! This is price gouging at its finest. Never again Ft. Thompson. Not another penny. Don's Weaponry and Wildman Arms will be receiving all of my patronage.
