If I could give this company zero stars I would they don't even deserve one. Simple is avoid them. This firm is very unprofessional and have no mercy at all on their clients, I recommend not to use their services as they are a extremely unprofessional.

Avoid this firm at all cost or you will be the one paying for it! This firm specialises in charging their clients per word and they abuse this policy to the max. Without any reason I was sent a 3 page email including irrelevant options and just re-iterating dates and actions so far. This document was deemed to be a 12 page document in the firms view and charged for despite not having any legal advice in it. They also charged 6 units for the attached 2 lines. As mentioned, avoid this firm unless you want to be treated as a meal ticket.
We recently moved home after 29 years, which was a daunting prospect but Emma, Lauren and all staff at Simplicity could not have been more helpful. They kept us up to date, explaining in layman's terms everything that was happening and providing sound advice when required. A real plus point was that they were always available and kept our stress levels to a minimum! I would highly recommend them for all legal matters.
Excellent service for my property deal, they handled everything professionally. They kept helping even after it was concluded, when further correspondence was directed to them. A highly recommended team.
