Super cool place if you want the worst work done possible on your roads. The community we live in hired them a few years ago, they made the roads significantly worse. Just gravel over tar, and they made extra holes in the roads they didn't fix. Now they hired them again just a few years later, and they proceed to ruin the roads worse than ever. They put a dip at the entrance of the neighborhood and I've been in two separate cars (with two separate driver's) and hit it head on and bottomed out. Probably a fantastic place if you're a penny pincher and don't have any concern for quality.
