Been to this urgent care many times and every time they have all been very professional and made me feel like I was the only person who they had to help.

Wife had an appt for an ultrasound and was turned away due to having her son with her. It was then suggested that he, a 7 year old stay in the car alone with it running while she is in her appt. Then when called and asked about it the person I had spoke with said she didnt know anything about what had transpired. Yet seemed to know a little to much info of what I had called about. Mind you this is the same building with and ER in it that told me I had to poop and within the next week I had my appendix out. Hmm. When questioned about what my wife was told from the front people, no one wants to take any ownership of how it was handled. The worst thing is my son is who told me it was suggested he stay in the car at the appt. I doubt my 7 year old is going to lie about something like that.

The rude staff at this mental health facility mocked my speech impediment. When asked to speak with their supervisor they hung up on me. How do children find employment at a hospital?

Was seen here for a sore throat thought I had bronchitis maybe then they went to only give me test for the corona still have not got results back have been in discomfort ever since then the only symptoms I was having was a sore throat and thought maybe I needed some anabiotic’s for the infection they didn’t even send me home with any of that when I called about my results they just kept telling me somebody would call me nobody still has called I guess that’s good news but that does not tell me what was wrong the reason I went there in the first place

Mainly a quick visit always going in with sinus infections and they are supper helpful. They always give me the proper care and I go to them before my primary dr because of how good they are.
