We travelled to Norway from Germany last week when our car broke down in Langesund harbour. The service guy took us to Solberg Bil and those guys not only provided us the best help they could although the garage had been closed one hour before, but also were so friendly and warm hearted towards us, who were devastated! They gave us a car so we could travel on to Oslo where we had booked a hotel and repaired our car early the next morning! I can safely say that they saved this short trip (Thursday to Saturday) for us and made us love Norway even more! Tusen takk for det! So, yes, I would absolutely recommend going to Solberg Bil if you have a problem with your car, they do EVERYTHING possible to help!

Første møte med et Ford verksted. Hyggelige og serviceinnstilte folk i skranken. Veldig hyggelig atmosfære, en føler seg sett som kunde her på Solberg Bil i Skien. Bestilte service på min Focus 9. November. Fikk en tid en uke senere. Jeg er vant med å vente 3-4 uker hos andre verksteder. Bilen min går i næring, så kort ventetid er viktig. Etter service fikk jeg en sms med en videolink: der får man en personlig video av service og bilens tilstand (dekk, forstilling, bakstilling, bremser osv. Helt topp
