I highly recommend the services from this company. The guy was lovely, he put me at easy when I informed him I was scared of wasps. He was very professional and respectful of my home. He informed me what was happening and what would happen after the treatment. I’m so happy it worked and I can’t thank them enough. I would definitely use this company again for a pest control treatment.

steve Called round to look at wasp’s nest near bedroom window. Confirmed nest now dead or dying so no point in spraying. Then walked round apartment building to show me other nests that might be affecting my flat so that I could explain to the property management company. Kindly offered me this information for free - really great service thank you
Far from one hour, it was 4 days. Having said on booking, that the nest was on the roof, the guy turned up with no ladders and declared the job impossible. To his credit, he made no attempt to charge us. 2nd company called, turned up end of day at 7pm, straight up on to flat roof, assessed position of nest, and job done. No wasps seen since. Brilliant
Peter never recorded details of our agreed time/place for booking. They turned up wrong day and didn’t turn up on pre agreed date. So I had to chase and then got accused of moaning despite fact issues all their fault for not recording details of my mobile or agreed time/date Told me to go elsewhere so I did (AC Pest Control) and they are highly recommended
Had a wasp problem in our cellar. Been trying for months to get rid of them myself but to no avail. Called West Mids Wasps and they have treated the nest. Brilliant!
