Great golf course in immaculate conditions. But the service made it lose a star for me. As “non members” we were followed around the pro shop while shopping for souvenirs like we were thieves. Then, after dropping over 500 to play found out our “premium” rental clubs were old Taylor Made M4s and only 11 (vs 14) clubs In bag. Huge gaps in distance and cost me at least 4-5 strokes especially around the greens. Forecaddie didn't hustle, used a watch for yardage vs a more accurate/faster laser rangefinder and got the meters to yards conversion wrong more times than not. Anyway, we are glad we played and it’s a great and historic track, but the service was lacking.

The very best golfing experience in Spain. In its own separate level. Jose was a brilliant forecaddie, the Pro shop staff were brilliant. Very gracious, very hospitable, and very very special indeed. Thank you to the entire team, it was an incredible day.
