Never disappointed with the quality and so happy they are open during lockdown for fantastic vegan takeaway meals. Im praying for the return of their amazing roast potatoes before Christmas!!

My husband brought home one of the valentines meal boxes last night and it was delicious. Thrive is always amazing and great value we can't wait for them reopen for eat in meals!

First time visit to this great cafe in Southampton. All dishes are vegan and many are gluten free. I had the 'meaty' burger with fries and a peanut butter cup milkshake. My lunch partner had a mocha and a whole food burger and sweet potato fries and we both really enjoyed our dishes. The portions were generous, so much so that I skipped pudding but took home 2 portions of their special that day, seitan Irish stew with sourdough rolls, which was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, there is plenty of seating upstairs and down and you are requested to find your table before you order and it is brought to your table when ready. The prices are very fair and whether you are vegan or not, I would highly recommend a visit to this funky, cool cafe for a decent slap-up lunch.
